Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for Customer Operations Excellence process
• Supporting business transformation, harmonization and standardization
• Implementing digitalization ideas to automate the processes and improve customer and internal
user experience (process management, change management, experience with process
commitment, experience with proposals for process automation/digitalisation)
• Implement tools and methodology for continuous improvement of processes, to increase
customer satisfaction, process quality and efficiency
• Ensuring harmonized processes across different Customer Operations teams, sharing of best
practices across the business units
• understanding of IT tools and settings, management of IT support for IT applications,
familiarization/training of internal stakeholders with changes in processes
• Developing new solutions in related systems and interfaces
• Monitoring and steering IT relevant tasks and manage IT support for dedicated IT Applications
(incl cost/benefit analysis)
