Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsible for the Quality Department & Quality Performance of plant Slovakia
- Consulting of the plant manager, management team and all department in all questions regarding quality
- Managing, coordination & development of the quality department and all related employees
- Continuous improvement & development of the QM-System to the newest state-of-the-art based on internal and external Requirements (in alignment & collaboration with HQ)
- Responsible for local quality processes
- Planning & performing of all internal and external quality audits
- Maintaining an efficient problem-solving process including monitoring of deadlines, costs and customer satisfaction
- Periodic reporting of the Q situation to local plant manager & HQ
- Representation of the organization towards customers
- Introduction of corrective actions
