Our client, successful international company is looking for the right person to join their Customer support/helpdesk team for Poland region. No Slovak language is needed :)

Your tasks will be:

  • Deal with various requests from internal departments, external sales force and clients
  • Order management
  • Responsiblity for transport, the communication with transporters
  • Handling complaints in case of need
  • Effort on stock level efficiency depending on acquired information

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Polish - Advanced (C1) a English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - basic

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

We have following expectations:

Must have:

  • High school of University degree
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish language (preferably native, however B2(+) is enough)
  • Fluent knowledge of English (B2)
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP or any other software for order processing

Nice to have:

  • experience in similar position (customer care, back office, administration, logistics)
