Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose of position:
Responsible for the completion of defined CSO processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes and maintains customer related master data and conditions
- Places, cancels or adjusts orders.
- Handles requests coming via email, phone, portal, etc.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Responsible for invoicing
- Monitors and handles storage contingents according defined rules
- Executes collections (calls), receives incoming payments
- Handles complaints and customer requests, provides information about logistics, appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Ensures registration and customer communication according standards.
- Manage Quotes & Contracting- Prepares and terminates standard contracts, maintains and evaluates all relevant contracts
- Processes and tracks various customer requests and contracts fulfilments.
- Supports marketing activities to current customers
