Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Building and motivating a team of 3 Direct reports within Production, Quality Control and Production Control Manager
- Oversee the implementation and results of actions from day shift to achieve the Plant cost reduction targets
- Drive the use of Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve OEE within the Plant
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service according to corporate principles
- Overall accountability for controlling CAPEX and Plant expense spend based on budget
- To comply with all responsibilities under the company´s HSE at Work Policy
- To work to the requirements of the company´s Quality Management System and relevant procedures
- To actively participate and contribute in cost reduction activities
