Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensuring that all daily/weekly/monthly targets allocated to the production area are achieved
- Oversee the implementation and results of actions from shift to achieve the Plant cost reduction targets
- Drive the use of Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and iprove Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) within the Plant
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service according to corporate principles
- Ensuring that all personell in the area (both internal and external) comply with the relevant Environmental Health & Safety requirements
- Ensuring that all personnel within the department are conforming to the documented quality system
- Promoting the philosophy of continuous improvement
- Monitoring delivery and quality to ensure that it satisfies customer requirements
- Comply with all responsibilities under the company´s EHS at Work Policy
- To work to the requirements of the company´s Quality Management System and relevant procedures
- To actively participate and contribute in cost reduction activities
