Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Develop the Leaders and Consultants in your designated area, being a visible and inspiring Leader for the Consultants and a reliable business partner to the Leaders and sellers.
- Ensure that objectives are reached in the area of: sales and SF – with a main focus on RECRUITMENT and building the member base
- Act as a coach to the Leaders in the target setting process and provide support through joint actions and proper follow up.
- Follow up achievements, challenges and problems every catalogue.
- Analyse and report all field activities.
- Identify the “stars” of tomorrow – coach them
