Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Select and maintain best practice processes in deployment of global company policies and support implementation
  • Collect, analyze and report local customer satisfaction data
  • Coach process owners in application of "automotive process approach" and quality tools
  • Monitor monthli KPIs achievment with process owners
  • Plan internal system audits according to all standards and assure timely conduction
  • Plan internal manufacturing process audits per standard, as well as customer specific requirements

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

starts from 5000€/gross per month (according to the candidate's experience)

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plastic engineering or comparable studies
  • Min. 5 year professional working experience in the automotive industry on position Quality/IMS/QMS Manager
  • Quality auditor certification for IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 (advantage ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Familiar with the application of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
  • English language - fluently (B2/C1)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as outstanding judgement and solution competence
  • Willingness to travel abroad more than 70% of working time (only Europe)
