- Leading Quality Department team in a production company
- Direct communication with clients, receiving and processing their requirements on quality
- Responsibility for meeting plant quality standards
- Processing claims in systems, communication with clients and eliminating sources of defectiveness
- Leading internal audits, implementing improvements based on audit outcomes
- Continues improvement for lowering risks for health and safety of employees
- Cooperation with Shift Managers in investigation of issues and implementing corrections
