Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Leading Quality Department team in a production company
  • Direct communication with clients, receiving and processing their requirements on quality
  • Responsibility for meeting plant quality standards
  • Processing claims in systems, communication with clients and eliminating sources of defectiveness
  • Leading internal audits, implementing improvements based on audit outcomes
  • Continues improvement for lowering risks for health and safety of employees
  • Cooperation with Shift Managers in investigation of issues and implementing corrections

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills


  • Experience with quality assurance in a production company and leading a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously
  • Advanced level of English
  • Excellent communication skills – internal and external partners
