Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you communicative, customer oriented and fluent in German? Do you have a little buyer insight? Do you want to work in America based company? You don't need any experience or knowledge of Slovak language. We want you! 

You will be responsible for:


  • Daily contact with suppliers (delivery information, tracking information or invoice)- email, phone
  • Documentation of all contacts (customer/supplier)
  • Place, cancel or adjust customer orders
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers
  • Work with system and database
  • Support for manager
