Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Inquiries on time to suppliers and selection of offers
  • Negotiation, determination and assignment of external production to supplier
  • Clarification of on-time production of orders that are sent to suppliers for external processing
  • Checking material availability and tracking of missing parts
  • If required acceptance test of external manufactured parts
  • Creating work plans

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced

Personality requirements and skills


  • Completed technical vocational school in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or technician training
  • Several years of professional experience in position Production Planner in engineering industry (metal cutting is big advantage)
  • SAP knowledge (PS, PP, MM) is advantage 
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications
  • German or English: fluently spoken and written (B2 level)
  • The need to take part the training in Germany
