Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Supply of material for production process
  • Distribution of work, material scheduling and monitoring of production process
  • Coordination and introductory training of new staff members
  • Ensure adherence to delivery dates for external processing operations
  • Planning and controlling of personnel employment
  • Contact for staff members concerning provisioning of tools and manufacturing equipment
  • Coordination & deadline monitoring of customer´s orders
  • Ensure quality and tidiness as well as compliance with regulations concerning industrial safety and environmental production
  • Ensure the proper execution of operations as well as maintaining of quality standards
    Realization and introduction of measures to optimize productivity, cost and quality

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

SAP - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills


  • You are a trained mechanical engineer/technician (m/f) or skilled worker with several years of production experience in these fields or comparable training
  • Experience in managing people 
  • Has some experience in welding production area
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications and good SAP knowledge
  • German and English: fluently spoken and written (B2 level)
  • Personal skills like initiative, self-reliance and willingness to change are required
  • Assertiveness and excellent communication skills are preferred
  • The need to take part the training in Germany
