Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties


  • Monitoring of welding jobs in the respective production areas
  • Training/education of welders
  • Performance of non-destructive inspections during and after welding (VT, PT)
  • Provision, marking and handling of tools and equipment
  • Storage and handling of welding consumables
  • Ensuring the quality standards
  • Constant optimization of production processes in cooperation with production management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills


  • Completed technical vocational school in the field of metal processing (University degree is advantage)
  • Additional qualification: International Welding Specialist (IWE is advantage)
  • Knowledge in the field of material testing (especially non-destructive inspections)
  • Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Safe reading and understanding of drawings and weldseam symbols
  • Very good knowledge of German or English language (B2 level)
  • The need to take part the training in Germany
