- Responsible for the organisation and managing of the production
- Production planning and solving the problems in production
- Efficient and smooth operation and in cooperation with the QM
- Participating in digitalisation and automation of the processes
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Determining and implementing the strategy
- Cooperation with other departments and mother company

Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in Agro or Bio sciences or Engineering (Master)
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a people leading role as a Production Supervisor or Head of Production (food, agriculture, clothing, manufacturing, automotive)
- All-round profile with interest in production of living materials, efficiency and quality (knowledge of plants not needed, but advantage)
- Knowledge experience in project management and process improvement techniques
- Strong people management skills and "feeling with the floor"
- High abstract level of thinking, high analytical skills
- Proactive candidate with good communication and presentation skills
