  • Responsible for the organisation and managing of the production 
  • Production planning and solving the problems in production
  • Efficient and smooth operation and in cooperation with the QM
  • Participating in digitalisation and automation of the processes
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Determining and implementing the strategy
  • Cooperation with other departments and mother company

Personality requirements and skills


  • University degree in Agro or Bio sciences or Engineering (Master)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a people leading role as a Production Supervisor or Head of Production (food, agriculture, clothing, manufacturing, automotive)
  • All-round profile with interest in production of living materials, efficiency and quality (knowledge of plants not needed, but advantage)
  • Knowledge experience in project management and process improvement techniques
  • Strong people management skills and "feeling with the floor"
  • High abstract level of thinking, high analytical skills
  • Proactive candidate with good communication and presentation skills
