Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Participates in developing department goals and objectives
  • Facilitates and provides training to the workface
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • Tracks employees attendance and vacations
  • Provides input data for payroll processing
  • Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
  • Maintains company organization charts and employee files and information
  • Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees
  • Coordinate company events and teambuilding activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Human Resources - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

  • College degree in HR Management
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management
  • Background in employment law and other government compliance regulations
  • Fluent English language
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues
  • Ability to research and analyze various different type of data information
  • Ability to handle confidential materials and information
