Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Coordinating people, subcontractors to meet the deadlines, quality and financial budget on assigned projects in the field of Telco and monitoring solutions
- Direct communication with customers worldwide
- Helps with source planning and with capacities needed for successful project completion
- Reacts to new requirements from customer related to project
- Coordinates operations of suppliers and sub-suppliers
- Controls the financial condition of the project and informs supervisor about occurred variations
- Analyses and evaluates project and proposes improvements needed for following projects
- Creates organizational procedures and documentation

Personality requirements and skills

- Proven experience in complex management of assigned projects in the field of Telco or IT
- Good communication and negotiating skills
- Flent English is a must
- Able to travel abroad occasionally
