Job description, responsibilities and duties

 Independent administration of the production area,
 Processing of accounting records
 Organization of processes, appointments, documents, documentation, filing, meetings,etc.
 Handling correspondence
 Monitoring of deadlines and procedures
 Demand determination for purchasing days
 Obtaining offers and price comparisons
 Monitoring of order quantities, delivery dates
 Orientation in logistics and purchasing department, collaboration with suppliers and customers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or German - Intermediate (B1)

Invoicing - advanced
Human Resources - basic
Single-entry bookkeeping - basic
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

 Business Academy or comparable economic education
 Fluent English level C1, German language is advantage
 Knowledge of ERP systems (Navision, SAP, BAAN, etc.)
 Basics of accounting
 Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing / Sales / senior management clerk
