Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Receiving assigned vacancies from clients, working independently on search and selection of suitable candidates for assigned positions using various headhunting techniques
- Organizing advertisement publication on the company web page, career portals
- Reporting to client about progress of search for given position on a regular basis
- Leading interviews with candidates, collecting relevant personal data and facts about working experiences
- Working out relevant candidates evaluation, if necessary, conducting psychological testing for finding more information about candidate incl. checking candidates’ references
- Providing candidates with information of all necessary facts about a vacancy/ies
- Organizing interviews held between client and candidates; informing candidates about progress and result of selection procedure
- Participating and cooperating on business and marketing activities in acquiring new customers
- Visiting clients, consulting their requirements, services, mutual cooperation

- University degree (minimum bachelors’ degree level) preferably in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- General overview of local business environment, investments and industry
- Active knowledge of any other language than English and Slovak is an advantage
- Ability to work independently towards achieving set goals and completing assigned projects
- Strong organization and follow-up skills with a professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, a result-driven mentality
- Entrepreneurial spirit is inevitable
- PC literacy – MS Office a must
