  • Communicating with the current and potential customers in German language
  • Preparingof price offers for spare parts and service
  • Identification of the spares parts
  • Active checking price offers
  • Dealing about price conditions with customers
  • Sorting out customer complaints and problems
  • Close cooperating with other departments (production, technical department)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or
German - Advanced (C1)
