Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client, a stable international company operating in the energy sector, we are looking for a new colleague to join the team as an E-Mobility Pricing & Product Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative charging services and pricing models while supporting the transition towards sustainable mobility. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will play a key role in product development, pricing optimization and operational excellence within the rapidly growing E-Mobility business.
- Operate and continuously optimize the pricing engine, managing tariffs, cost rates and pricing rules across multiple charge point operators.
- Execute end-to-end charging operations, including station setup, issue resolution, predictive remote actions and hardware ordering.
- Define, maintain and enhance product and pricing structures for both B2C and B2B E-Mobility services.
- Cooperate with Sales, Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth implementation of pricing models and product updates.
- Monitor pricing performance, prepare analyses and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness and profitability.
- Design, document and continuously improve business processes to support scalable and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and launch of new E-Mobility products and advise on pricing logic and business models.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and support implementation of pricing and product changes.
- Participate in process improvements and optimization initiatives.

Language skills
English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
Personality requirements and skills
We are looking for candidates with experience in pricing, product management, business analysis or process optimization, ideally within an international environment.
You should ideally have:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, IT or a related field.
- Analytical mindset and affinity for data analysis and pricing management.
- Experience with tools for process definition and visualization (e.g. Miro, Figma).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable, independent, committed and proactive approach.
- Flexibility and strong result- and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with E-Mobility pricing engines is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience within the energy or E-Mobility sector is considered an advantage.
