As the Project Manager you will be in charge for the Project Management of the long-term banking projects and specifically taking care of all comprehensive aspects of Project Management regarding

YOUR ROLE:
◄ Working within your team and supporting them in their daily activities and projects
◄ Planning (time, budget, resources, deliverables, etc.) the projects and initiating projects following all internal guidelines for project start; ensuring on-time delivery of all projects and within budget
◄ Coordinating resources for the proper project execution; ensuring resource availability and allocation
◄ Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
◄Developing a detailed project plan and project documentation to monitor and track progress; managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate KPIs; Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
◄ Reporting and escalating to management as needed; managing the relationship and ensuring professional communication with the clients and all stakeholders
◄ Performing project risk and issue analysis and defining appropriate mitigation measures
◄ Managing the hand-over to line business and production
