Job description, responsibilities and duties
JOB MISSION:
This position is responsible for managing the complete activity scope of entrusted travel program including handling relations with suppliers and resolving quality issues.
Therefore is our client looking for an EXCEL FRIENDLY detail oriented self-starter with exceptional sense of responsibility and deadlines.
PRIMARY ROLE & COMPETENCE SET:
• Responsibility for all matters relating to customer service.
• Responsibility for bookings (acommodation, logistics etc), suppliers, updates, materials with phone duty appx every 5th week (to provide support in emergency situations).
• Schedule and coordinate guide's assignments (requesting availability, finalizing confirmations and handling contracts).
• Prepare and participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Review and close tour accounts, authorizing extra costs.
• Deliver first class customer (internal & external) service and comprehensive account management throughout the sales process, providing a consultative approach.
• Execute a highly efficient implementation of offered products that are efficient towards specific customer requirements.
