Line Manager: Country HR Manager
Direct Reports: HR admin & payroll team (5 members)

◄JOB MISSION:

To help achieve the best HR purpose and values by delivering excellent employee service throughout all areas of the role. To provide strategic and operational support in both HR administration and payroll agenda for the company. To be a great team leader for other colleagues and a "go to" person in terms of compliance.

◄JOB DESCRIPTION:

HR MANAGEMENT
• To advise and support HR leadership team to achieve and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures
• Provide management/employee consultation processes
• Drive HR controlling activities revision and continual improvement
• Help to building a culture of continual improvement, all aligned to the company purpose, aspirations, customer promise and values
• Be a leader of new HR software implementation process

HR OPERATIONS
• Be end-to-end administration service manager for all employment matters
• Provide a quality HR service of related support to managers and employees
• Ensure all employees receive a contract of employment within the required timescales
• Advise managers with employee relations issues
• Provide analytics, monitoring and reporting for „big data“ company employment overview
• Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act in relation to employee records

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
• Support the department in processing of payroll, including new starters, leavers, time-sheets, salary and bonuses calculations
• Manage the provision of Payroll related reporting (e.g. KPIs and manager reports)
• Ensure that of all types of leave (holiday, sick, maternity, volunteering, etc) are completed effectively
• Ensure the highest standards of payroll administration within the company

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

◄YOUR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar position
Solid knowledge of employment law and practical application
General payroll qualification and experience
Experience in HR/payroll systems
Fluent English language
Previous team leading experience (as advantage)
University degree (as advantage)
Corporate background (as advantage)
