HR JOB BAND:

JOB MISSION:
The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the company human capital, its strategic allocation and development.

JOB ESSENTIALS/ YOUR ROLE:

• To annually review and make recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
• To maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure organization's compliance.
• To maintain responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
• To communicate changes in the organization's personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed.
• To assist executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization's wage and salary program.
• To manage relationships with labor union and follow up the strategic agenda.
• To consult with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by the CEO, on personnel matters.
• To work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
• To recommend, evaluate and participate in staff development for the organization.
• To develop and maintain a HRIS that meets the organization's personnel information needs.
• To supervise the staff of the human resources department.
• To participate on committees and special projects.

YOUR PROFILE:
• A minimum of 4-5 years in an HR Management role with people leadership experience required
• HR processes and operations expertise, along with people development responsibilities
• Strong ethical and negotiation skills along with a high level of initiative and sense of business are required for success in the role
• Planning and leadership ability, objective prioritization setting and the ability to work with multiple groups
• Computer literacy
• English language
• Labor Unions negotiations practice
