Job description, responsibilities and duties

He has the responsibility to accomplish the Sales organization mission of developing and maintaining a profitable customer base within the respective market.
The responsibilities:
• Plan, direct and implement business initiatives and supporting action plans in the teritorry
• Select strategic accounts within an assigned district in order to maximize sales potential and market share of Company´s product lines in the territory. Perform research to identify district needs and opportunities of both short and long term objectives
• Coordinate and lead new product launches to insure a successful launch and broad market penetration
• Work with export managers, market managers, marketing team to evaluate the need of the market within assigned territory
• Drive overall market share growth through end user selling activities
