Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a committed and dedicated Project Manager with experience in SAP S/4 HANA deployment projects. You will play a key role in our implementation projects with SAP Activate and/or agile project technologies. What will be your responsibilities on this position?
• Your primary focus will be on big SAP S/4 Hana deployment project (currently in Migration stage), ensuring smooth progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
• You will use your knowledge and experience to evaluate project requirements and parameters, select and adapt the most appropriate methodology and strategies and deliver comprehensive and effective solutions to achieve positive project outcomes
• Also, part of your role will be collaborating with multiple teams involved in the project , guiding and mentoring them, acting as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders
• You will be also overseeing the project budget, tracking expenditures and complete financial side of the project
• In the future, your portfolio will consist of 2-4 regular-size projects for one or more clients

Requirements for the employee

Personality requirements and skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager, ideally with SAP deployment projects
• Experience with S/4 HANA deployment and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is a huge advantage
• Strong hands-on IT delivery experience
• Understanding of various software development models, ability to effectively apply both traditional and agile project methodologies based on project context
• English on fluent level, German language is advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong communication skills, adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Leadership skills, ability to evaluate and apply proper communication styles to achieve and foster successful project collaboration
