Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a committed and dedicated Project Manager with experience in SAP S/4 HANA deployment projects. You will play a key role in our implementation projects with SAP Activate and/or agile project technologies. What will be your responsibilities on this position?
• Managing and coordinating every step of the SAP S/4 HANA deployment, ensuring smooth progress and implementation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Utilizing knowledge and experience to evaluate project requirements and parameters, selecting and adapting the most appropriate methodology and strategies and delivering comprehensive and effective solutions to achieve positive project outcomes
• Collaborating with multiple teams involved in the project , guiding and mentoring them, acting as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders
• Overseeing the project budget, tracking expenditures and complete financial side of the project

Requirements for the employee

Personality requirements and skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager, ideally with SAP deployment projects
• Experience with S/4 HANA deployment is huge advantage
• Strong hands-on IT delivery experience
• Understanding of various software development models, ability to effectively apply both traditional and agile project methodologies based on project context
• English on fluent level
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong communication skills, adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Leadership skills, ability to evaluate and apply proper communication styles to achieve and foster successful project collaboration
