Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for a new colleague for our Sales department. We would like to welcome in our team someone energetic, self-driven professional with experience in sales and leading people as well.
Our new colleague will perform firstly as Management Associate and when being trained he/she will perform as Division Sales Manager for one of two our business divisions in Slovakia.

What will be your duties on this position?
Firstly you will:
* Gain Representative and Zone Manager field experience incl. prospecting, appointing and field meetings
* Gain experience within sales training area incl. coaching
* Gain orientation in Avon direct selling business (KPIs, company strategy, competitors plans, operations knowledge, financial knowledge, sales increase strategy etc.)
Later, when being trained, you will:
* Prepare field sales plans for your business division in Slovakia (Bratislava + Trnava + Trenčín + Nitra + Nové Zámky + Žilina)
* Monitor and analyze sales results based on KPIs on regular basis; Be responsible for the fulfilling of field sales plans
* Develop your team of 10 Zone managers in an area of ZM´s competencies by coaching visits + recruit and on-board the new members of the team according to the Avon standards
* Close cooperation with Sales Trainer on a sales strategy of the division + with other company departments (mainly Campaign Planning, Business Analysis, Sales Support)
* Budget management; Ensure an usage of e-technology (online business, online ordering)
* Participation in the regional or local company projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

* At least 3-4 years of experience in sales (FMCG, international corporations as Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager)
* Knowledge of direct selling and multi-level marketing experience preferred
* Strong leadership skills (motivating, inspiring, relationship building)
* High level of business acumen
* Drive for business results
* Fluent Slovak/Czech and English
* Driving license B and willingness to travel
