Technical Consultant (Analyst) / Aviation

Avitech is one of the leading providers of Aeronautical Information Systems. Our projects for Air Navigation Service Providers around the globe typically have a high technical complexity and we are looking for an ambitious technical consultant to join our team. You will work closely with the project manager in all daily job-tasks. While the project manager is more focused on managing and planning the overall project, your job role will be focused on all technical aspects of the project. You will analyze our customers’ requirements, work together with our product development teams and translate the requirements into executable project tasks. Together with our IT specialists, you will actively work on the technical project tasks. We will do our best to support you by providing an on-the-job training in all aspects of AIM related projects.

What are your responsibilities?
Analyzing (technical) customers’ requirements.
Configure Avitech’s product suite according to customers’ requirements.
Conducting training sessions and seminars.
Reporting on daily responsibilities and tasks.
Resolving client issues.
Preparing acceptance tests together with the Avitech testing team.
Documenting processes and application instructions.
Supporting and troubleshooting software issues.
Generating innovative ideas.
Actively participate in data migration activities of aeronautical data.
Study international regulations for safety and data quality. Work together with our expert teams to define means of compliance.
