However, high safety standards have to be maintained at all times. This task requires the implementation of reliable information and data management systems, together with trusted products and processes. Air passengers are not only interested in the comfortable transportation from A to B, but also wish to have the assurance of being able to take off, fly and land safely and on time.

Furthermore, shorter flight times and reduced holding patterns are not only more comfortable for the passengers on board, but also lead to reduced fuel consumption and thus to less air pollution.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
You will participate on this mission by playing important role of a Scrum leader in our development team responsible for visualization solutions.

You will have a leading role in software development of solutions for publishing aeronautical data to charts and solutions for modelling, defining or changing air spaces. Your role in our company will be also connected to software development as some part of your job will be software development also.

Your responsibilities as a Scrum Leader would be:

- Facilitating the Scrum framework, including sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
- Identification and removing of impediments
- Protecting the team from external influences
- Supporting the Scrum Team to be accountable for their commitments
- Guarantying that the team has everything in place for execution
- Implementing corrective actions in case of deviations to the plan
- Driving the team towards its objectives
- Interfacing on the team's behalf with the rest of the organization
- Maintenance of metrics that could help the Scrum Team see how they are doing
- Reporting to stakeholders

As a Software developer you will participate on development of visualization solutions, using following technologies:

- Java 8 SE
- LUCIAD Lightspeed
- WebServices
- XSD, XML, XSLT
- IzPack, gradle, git, Jenkins, testng, mockito…
