As a Solution Architect, you will take on a key role in shaping and delivering innovative technical solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities. You will be the driving force behind aligning system design with strategic goals, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and delivering value-driven outcomes for clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to make a meaningful impact on complex projects.

This is you

Required skills:

• Leverage your expertise in designing and implementing technological solutions as a Solution Architect with 3-5 years of experience
• Demonstrate expertise in UML, Enterprise Architect, and Archimate/Togaf
• Showcase a strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud technologies, integration patterns, and containerization
• Proficiently manage SQL, with a solid grasp of data structures and databases
• Bring valuable experience from a technical role, ideally in development, as an asset
• Understanding of the telecom, banking, or automotive sectors would be a distinct advantage
• Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrate experience in team leadership and facilitating conferences
• Proficiency in Slovak/Czech and English at a professional level is required

This is your role

• Analyze and understand client requirements, design tailored technical solutions, and deliver compelling presentations
• Serve as the guarantor for solution design during the presales phase and provide input on budget estimations
• Facilitate knowledge transfer in the early stages of projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the proposed solution
• Maintain close collaboration with the project manager, business stakeholders, and IT teams throughout the delivery phase
• Take ownership of creating and maintaining solution architecture documentation
• Optionally, participate in developing the proposed solution and offer technical leadership to the team
