Job description, responsibilities and duties
Customer Experience (CX) collaborate with all business stakeholders to oversee the creation and delivery of Autovista’s customer experience strategy. Specifically responsible for user adoption, training, enquiry management, product fulfilment and CRM data governance & reporting.
Delivering best in class service to our customers so they are on-boarded, trained, using, and getting maximum return on investment (RoI) from our products. Handling customer enquiries from start to finish to ensure customers get a satisfactory answer and have the best experience possible through all communication channels
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ownership of assigned customer enquiries from beginning to resolution
• Resolving enquiries where possible in a timely manner – in line with team KPIs
• Triaging enquiries to the correct expert team when they are outside of the CX team knowledge
• Training users on how to use our products and get the most from our applications
• Ownership of the CX activities within the Autovista Subscription Lifecycle Management
• Recording all customer interactions in Salesforce
• Input into the learning and development of the CX team by contributing to, or creating, documentation
• Work closely with our Product team to continually develop knowledge of the latest features and benefits of our products to train both customer and internal colleagues
• Prioritise P1 incidents and provide guidance to the business in our customer response and updates
• Support the business in the testing and roll out of new products, product enhancements or data sets
