Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Office computer installation, maintenance, patching and support
• Onsite office user support, request, incident, change management, consultation and training
• Office printer/print server first level service management
• Cell/fix line telephony first level service management
• Cooperation with IT service desk and escalation team in terms of incident/change/escalation management
• Regular office IT related audits and continuous improvement
• Initial/ad-hoc user trainings related to IT policy/office IT items
• IT inventory management /CMDB management
• Use systematic approach to monitor of IT Office environment and corrective actions
