Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Financial Manager that will fit to our team and will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to management on future financial plans. This position will also distribute the financial resources of a company, is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Establishment of a methodology and internal regulations for the circulation of accounting documents and the approval of costs

-Preparation of the annual budget of the Agevolt Group, monthly reports on the implementation of the budget, control of budget implementation

-Preparation of a medium and long-term strategic financial plan in cooperation with the CFO (chief funding officer)

-Collection and control of documents for statutory reporting and managerial accounting

-This person is a contact person for cooperation with an external accounting company

-Preparation of payment orders in accordance with internal guidelines

-Preparation of controlling documents and reports according to the requirements of management and / or shareholders and investors towards internal departments and external vendors

-Analysis of the management of individual cost centers / departments in the revenue and expenditure as well as cost and revenue structure and prepares a report on the activities of the group

-Control of the activities of companies in the Agevolt group

- Fulfillment of performance indicators in the area of ​​financial management

- Creation and use / implementation of the budget of the unit, as well as its individual activities in order to evaluate the effectiveness of these activities (projects, events, etc.)

-Preparation of a report on the management of the unit

-Cooperation in the creation of the concept and implementation of the financial management of the unit

-Support for project management in terms of monitoring the status and implementation of projects.

-Preparation and submission of a request for payment (RoP) for projects obtained from ESI Funds

-Other tasks related to the given agenda
