Job description, responsibilities and duties

Area of responsibility

  •  Preparation of project proposals, calculations, costings and schedules
  • Preparation and review of process specifications and parameters as well as   process flow diagrams
  • Preparation of technical tender documents
  • Technical review of drawings, data and reports
  • Participation in the selection of suppliers and contractors for various international projects
  • Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure that they run smoothly
  • Preparation of studies, audits and reports
  • Support of the teams with process / mechanical engineering tasks at various international locations in the cement industry
  • Process / mechanical engineering handling of international construction projects in coordination with our project management​​

  • In accordance with § 9, paragraph 2 of the Equal Treatment Act, a gross annual salary in line with the market of € 50.000/full-time applies for this position. The salary can be negotiated depending on professional experience and qualifications.

Requirements of you

  • Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in process engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Bachelor‘s degree with 3 years of professional experience or Master‘s degree
  • Design experience in plant engineering is of advantage
  • Experience in the cement industry is of advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to undertake international business trips
  • Team spirit​
