Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Issuing and revising relevant information
- Preparation and organization of all issues in respect to the customer’s visit
- Welcome new customer representatives at arrival and support them
- Attend first meeting of the Customer
- Support of the customer
-Assist to the Customer’s crew during the aircraft re-delivery process and during the aircraft’s departure
-Communication with BTS Airport – briefing/handling/dispatch office about Customer’s arrival/departure times, information about payments for the Customer’s aircraft (invoice recipients),
- Communication with BTS Airport, fueling companies at the airport
- Administrative and other support
- Marketing activities
- Managing social networks, Administration of CRM system, Social network accounts, data entry, updating internal database
