Maintenance Planning and administration Team Leader

-creates aircrafts, project numbers and work packages using the ATB AMOS,
-prepares paperwork (i.e. Checks, AMM Procedures, SB’s, AD’s) in accordance with applicable work packages for all maintenance events for the particular customer requirements,
-creating, updating and maintaining the maintenance planning document (MPD, job cards, taskcards) database to the current revision,
-revising/improving quality of created job cards and taskcards,
-assigning TCs and JCs to project / correct workpacks,
-processing customer TCs and JCs,
-printing, attaching and sorting TCs, JCs, Workorders,
-identify parts / tooling and NDT requirements for task cards included in the Aircraft,
-maintenance program or other appropriate area within the company approved system,
-supports other departments with data and facts required for efficient and economical operations,
-develops MOE and IDP procedures,
-to supervise regular, punctual and economical airplane maintenance per the relevant standards,
-to ensure proper planning of personnel and tools,
-supervision for planning of all maintenance projects, requested and/or ordered by a customer,
-responsible for all maintenance project work-package preparation,
-responsible for the preparation of all maintenance projects ordered by a customer in close cooperation with the Project Leaders, Heads of LPD and WSD,
-reports directly to MPED/H
