Job description, responsibilities and duties
Tasks and responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for implementation and support of the Tracking system
- Experience in setup, configuration and management of Linux and Windows OS
- Work closely with infrastructure, network, database, business intelligence and application teams to ensure business applications are highly available and performing within agreed service levels
- The administrator will have broad implementation, administration and configuration experience of Windows and Linux OS.
- Understanding and debugging of API calls
- Monitoring of solution
- Maintain and work with ticketing system
- Manage technical documentation and knowledge base
- File system management and monitoring
- Solve production problems when needed 24x7 based on Developed and documented best practices Managing Releases

University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to five years’ (or more) experience as Windows or Linux administrator
- A deep understanding of operating system Windows or Linux
- Working knowledge and experience with any programming language
- Understanding of API
- Prior experience in supporting enterprise application
- Experience with any database systems
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Demonstrated experience in working on large projects or small teams
- Language Knowledges: English ( intermediate - B2 )
- Expertise in writing shell scripts, Perl scripts and debugging existing scripts
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and enable/train other analysts
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment on moderate to highly complex issues
- High technical aptitude and demonstrated progression of technical skills - continuous improvement
