Car Market Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining the Company’s Car Database:

   • Structured organization of the database.
   • Adding new vehicles and proposing prices.

2. Daily Contact with Car Data Providers:

   • Engaging with Eurotax, Jato, Car dealers, and Importers.

3. Data Entry and System Maintenance:

   • Entering options, accessories, and packages relevant to the local market.
   • Updating the database due to model changes, options, packages, and more.
   • "Cleaning" the database when necessary.

4. Maintaining Local Contacts:

   • Building and maintaining relationships with importers and dealers.

5. Staying Updated on Automotive Developments:

   • Keeping track of new car models, facelifts, and market trends.

6. Residual Value Committee Participation:

   • Attending regular meetings, possibly through video conferences.

7. Local Tax Rules Awareness:

   • Staying informed about local tax regulations and practices.

8. Continuous Improvement:

   • Identifying opportunities to enhance operational methods and efficiency.

9. Customer Service:

   • Addressing complaints and recording them in the system.

10. Professional Development:

    • Actively learning about the company's products, processes, and organization.
    • Expanding knowledge about branches, markets, and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Automotive Market Knowledge: Understanding of the latest car models, facelifts, and market trends.

• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of car features like car segment, body type, fuel type, gearbox, etc.

• Database Management: Ability to maintain and organize databases effectively.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with data providers, local contacts, and team members.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry and database maintenance.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in models, options, packages, and market trends.

• Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with internal and external training courses.
