Are you interested in starting your career in the customer service field? Become a Driver Desk Operator for the international company, which specializes in full-service vehicle leasing.
What are you going to gain?

The main responsibilities:
• Being the first point of contact for all driver contact (checking agreed delivery times, recording changes into the system, informing the driver and client, etc.),
• supporting drivers in the process of accident declaration,
• daily communication with car importers and colleagues from other teams
• managing appointments with drivers for new vehicle deliveries,
• management of post event surveys, including follow up of feedback,
• management of various driver’s requests linked to usage of the vehicle (service booking, vehicle breakdown, accident, fuel card blocking, etc.)
