Job description, responsibilities and duties
Roles and responsibilities:
Coordinate between new clients, sales, and development team to ensure onboarding is performed in a smooth and timely manner, matching each client’s expectations
Provide customer care for existing clients, regularly reviewing their accounts and ensuring they are utilizing Auglio’s technology to its full potential
Assist with customer support requests and distribute them amongst corresponding teams
Seek upsell opportunities for existing customers and forward to sales to negotiate
Assist sales team with creating demos for prospects and provided quality assurance of said demos before they are handed over to sales

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
Number of years of experience
Personality requirements and skills
At least 2 years work experience handling international clients in a structured work environment
English at least B2, ideally C1
Excel intermediate
High level communication and interpersonal skills, including professional emailing and mediating between clients and internal teams
Ability to set and keep realistic deadlines
Interested in learning about a wide scope of processes
Basic project management skills welcome but not required
