Job description, responsibilities and duties

What will be your responsibilities?

- Search and contact new potential clients using all modern sales tools and phone as well
- Building and managing a database o clients
- Conducting demo presentations for potential clients.
- Support a sales team by preparing presentations or price offers
- Representation of Auglio at trade fairs.
- Management of our client database in Pipedrive CRM.
- Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer.

You are a perfect candidate if:

- You have at least 2 years of sales experience. We are looking for a skilled professional who can identify and understand customer needs.
- You have excellent communication skills. Negotiation and relationship building are the bread and butter of this position.
- You love challenges – first “no” does not hold you back. You are listening to the client's needs and you are determined to strike a deal.
- You have a drive for results and you are ready to present them to the management.
- You are motivated by commissions. We value skilled professionals and we reward high performance accordingly. Our commissions have no cap – the better you are, the more you earn.
