Náplň práce
We are looking for a highly motivated student or junior lawyer to join our legal team in Europe to support Corporate Counsel in Europe, including, without limitation, legal and administrative support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the tasks of Corporate Counsel and HR Department through legal and administrative assistance
- Support corporate housekeeping of the EU Audia Affiliates (“EU Affiliates”)
- Support immigration matters of incoming overseas personnel
- Assist with employment matters (hiring, terminations, etc.)
- Review and amend incoming customer and supplier documents in line with corporate guidelines
- Responsible for proper document management of all incoming and outgoing agenda of the Legal Department
- Provide practical legal support to all other business units from the Legal Department (shipping, Purchasing, etc.)
- Communicate with courts and administrative authorities, file and arrange documents necessary for the company or for overseas personnel
- Manage know-how database within the Legal Department
- Support Legal Department and HR with administrative tasks (receiving mail, document management, etc.)
- Closely cooperate with HR department
- Other tasks as directed by supervisor
Požiadavky
Strong Slovak & English language skills - written & verbal.
Candidate with French language strongly preferred.
Other language skills a plus.
Strong research & writing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Communication skills, ability to clearly formulate and deliver advice and opinion within the company.
Diligence and attention to detail, reliability.
Independent worker; B class driver’s license and ideally available motor vehicle.
