• Preparation of the training plan, education plan and ER activities (budget)
• Training and development of employees (evidence, maintenance, internal system evaluation)
• Audits – internal, external, documentation maintenance, Quality management of HR policies
• Company events (teambuilding activities)
• Attendance system processes
• Protection of personal data
• Health checks
• Preparation of work contracts and amendments
• Reporting
