Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- First contact window for customers regarding technical and quality issues
- Service bridge between AUO HQ and customer, communicate with HQ and feedback information to customers
- Defected LCD TFT screens verification at customer site, RMA request and quality status feedback to HQ and to customer
- Technical problem diagnosis and trouble shooting by both remotely and at customer site, confirming true/false alarm, clearly communicate problem with HQ and customer
- Defected material sorting and rework organizing and management
- Regular quality meetings with customer

- Good communication skills in English in both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and on short notice (mostly in Central Europe region, travel up to 50% of working time)
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving and analytical ability
- Self starter, able to work independently.
- Office package knowledge
- Understanding of electronics schematics and mechanical drawings would be an added advantage
- Experience with video processing systems (LCD TV, PDP, CRT) would be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and on short notice (mostly in Central Europe region, travel up to 50% of working time)
