Your team

You will be part of our growing SAP team across Central Europe. You can rely on a very large number of subject matter experts at all levels. The industry-focused sales team will accompany you during your market entry. The SAP Practice has a strong global network of experts and intensive partnerships.

What are your tasks?

Your typical working day:
- Communicating with customers in the region up to CxO level.
- Creation of customer development plans in relation to SAP portfolio.
- Continuous analysis of customer and market information to ensure growth and innovation
- Work closely with the Atos SAP Alliance team, ensuring communication with SAP SE, as well as with Atos partners with the aim of generating business
- Identify, track and close strategically important new contracts in the region in coordination with Sales
- Accompanying bidding processes, in particular also under the aspects of profitability and risk reduction
- Increasing order intake and turnover
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as an escalation point if necessary
Work closely with Delivery Managers on issues such as delivery capability for new contracts, medium/long term requirements (capacity & skills) and adapting delivery models from a market perspective.

Must have:

- Very good knowledge of the SAP-related IT services portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Proven experience on S/4HANA and Cloud transformations: The ability to build the cost-benefit case and make the case to the client's various business and IT stakeholders is sought.
- Ability to lead and mentor sales staff to grow existing business relationships and acquire new customers.
- Strong personal networks in the market with which you help us to make the difference with the customer
- Experience in an international environment and the associated understanding of cultural differences. Experience in the implementation of projects using near/offshore delivery models
- SAP expert in the market who can act as a "lighthouse" and provide significant thought leadership, including participation in events and conferences, etc.
- Sales competence and persuasiveness: you think and act strategically and convince with a confident manner
- Results orientation: You create a strategy and implement it by means of an international team
- Customer relationship management: You have the necessary empathy for customer and partner relationships
- International focus: You are sensitive to different cultures and ways of working.
- You have the willingness to travel
- Fluency: you are able to present at board level.
- Leadership without power: You influence and persuade even without direct authority
- Customer focus: You bring passion for the business and look forward to meeting our customers
- Language: You are fluent in written and spoken English and Slovak
- Completed studies, at least a Bachelor's degree or comparable

Nice to have:
- Very good knowledge of SAP's product portfolio from core ERP to cloud and platform elements; experience with the integration of SAP core modules with other modules (e.g. C4, Ariba, etc.) is desirable.
