Job description, responsibilities and duties
The primary mission of this role is to develop the business through building strong relations with our customers and partners, helping them reach their full business potential with our technologies. To achieve this mission, you will:

Promoting daily our product solutions & services to existing distribution channels and customers averaging 35 outgoing phone calls per day in addition to incoming sales equiries documenting progress in our CRM

Closely collaborate with field sales team in the selected markets to identify new business opportunities and deliver best possible customer experience

Follow up on Digital marketing campaigns with targeted customer contacts

Have thorough understanding of your market, trends, competition, products and solutions

Guide our partners in engaging with us through digital means, making them aware of all the digital tools at their disposal (such as Training Centre & Web shop & Multimedia gallery etc.).

Identify & engage with active as well as dormant accounts looking for business growth opportunities within selected market segments.

Actively work with our CRM system and data.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position

Number of years of experience
Personality requirements and skills
- Fluent English is essential, any additional language from the Nordic region, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark is an advantage
- 2+ years of experience in sales or other customer facing or customer supporting role
- Active MS Office user (in particular MS Excel)
- Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle claims and conflicts
- Proactive, open minded personality with can-do approach
- Open to challenges and with a strong drive to learn new things
