Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role you will support our customers in selected East European markets by:

* interacting with customers and providing product availability and pricing information
* managing the complete order-to-cash cycle
* registering customer orders into ERP & managing customer and product master data
* coordinating invoicing and product delivery to customer
* managing warranties and following up on local stock
* following up on open invoices with customers
* maintaining ERP master data (customers, pricing conditions, etc.) and internal systems

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Romanian - Advanced (C1) or Polish - Advanced (C1) or Hungarian - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office 365 - Advanced

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

* 2+ years in customer supporting or customer facing role
* excellent verbal and written English is a must plus minimum B2 level in Polish or Romanian or Hungarian language
* good analytical, coordinating and planning skills
* great empathy and internal/ external customer focus
* clear and effective verbal and written communication
* open & confident in interaction with others including phone communication in the required languages
* computer literate in Microsoft Office, including MS Word and Excel
