Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for Credit policy and processes including their continuous improvement
• Developing new tools/routines to improve efficiency
• Credit control of both new and existing customers
• Coordination of collection activities with Customer support team and Sales team
• Regular reporting about receivables status and forecast
• Managing the CRM and master data related to credit control and payment terms
• Collaborating with Business Controller on financial analysis and forecasting
