Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Motivate and develop partner distributors by building strong commercial sustainable relationships
* Maintain and update relevant customer master data in CRM and SAP and drive the industrial sales funnel
* Answer customer queries regarding price lists, product availability, orders, deliveries, etc.
* Develop business through contact with new as well as existing customers & prospects
* Handle warranty claims, investigate and take appropriate action insuring a timely turnaround time (TAT) for our customers
* Monitor stock levels, handle demo expeditions, take care of spare parts inquiries and quotations
* The position is located in Bratislava, Slovakia and remotely supports UK & Nordic markets

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Finnish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Swedish - Intermediate (B1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Skillful

Personality requirements and skills

* Good level of English (both written and spoken) plus fluent in one of the following languages: Swedish or Finnish
* 2+ years of experience in sales or other customer facing / customer supporting role
* Open to challenges and with a strong drive to learn new things
* Good commercial awareness and solid negotiation skills
* Ability to influence and engage with others in pursuit of business opportunities
* Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive, open minded personality with can-do approach
* Ownership to drive your own knowledge & competence development
